We process your personal data for marketing purposes eobuwie.pl S.A. and our potential business associates - to send you attractive ads and offers (rebates) via e-mail. If you provide your additional data in the future, they can also be processed to send you a message by post or, with the additional consent, to your mobile phone. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for this purpose is the regulations of the newsletter - the contract concluded between you and eobuwie.pl S.A.

We will also process your data for purposes related to the potential for disputes to arise during the performance of the contract (the legal basis for their processing is in this case our legitimate interest). Of course, you can opt out of the newsletter, including a limited scope, e.g. only from receiving messages on the phone.

Depending on your activity, on our website and on our profile on social networks, using the email address provided by you (e.g. whether you create an account in our store and what products you buy) or permission to use cookies, the newsletter may be better adapted for you (we analyse your activity in a simplified way therefore we can better adapt to specific, general groups of our clients, e.g. we will present a newsletter addressed to men and differently to women, but we do not limit access to interesting offers to various groups of clients and we do not influence indeed their decisions). Of course, you can object to such actions (the legal basis for data processing is in this case our legitimate interest or legitimate interest of our business associates, so-called third party - marketing activity).

It differs from ordinary “Profiling” ( i.e. adapting our messages, banners to your interests), because such activity can significantly influence your decisions as a consumer, so e.g. it may result in creating individual limited-time offer based on history of your purchases and online behaviour on our website, this offer will not be available to other customers.

Regarding principle, the more often you use our services and purchase our products, the better promotions and surprises we will be able to prepare for you. In this case, the basis for such action is your consent, which you voluntarily agree. You can revoke it at any time - but this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that we will make before you withdraw it.

Thanks to our use of advanced technologies, our content will often be developed or sent to you by our system in an automated way, so that you will be the most up-to-date and you will be able to quickly become familiar with them.

We will process specific categories of your data as a rule until you resign from the newsletter, raise your objection, and for processing, which takes place on the basis of your consent until it is withdrawn, unless the law obliges us to longer processing of these data or we will keep them longer in case of potential claims, for a period of limitation prescribed by law, in particular the Civil Code.

You have the right, at any time, to:
- lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data;
- transfer of your personal data, e.g. to another administrator (unless the basis for their processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator);
- access to your personal data, including requests for their copy;
- rise objection to processing, if the basis for processing is justified matter
- request for rectification, limitation of processing or deletion of your data and cancellation of the newsletter.

Your data may be transferred to entities that help us to send e-mail messages as part of the newsletter (e.g. support us in marketing campaigns), provide support and operation of our IT tools and systems (e.g. data storage), deliver parcels and provide ongoing legal services, carry out audits etc., including, in the framework of the above activities, also companies from our capital group.

We can provide your data exceptionally to our business associates who process it outside the European Economic Area (EEA), but only to the extent necessary to provide services for these entities, especially IT (for example, storing data in the cloud) and supporting the functionality of the Online Store and Application. Our business associates can process data mainly in the United States (USA). The security of your data is ensured by the security measures we use, including standard contract clauses approved by the European Commission. We also try our business associates to be included in the so-called Privacy Shield.
