We process your personal data for marketing purposes eobuwie.pl S.A. and our potential business associates - to send you attractive ads and offers (rebates) via e-mail. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for this purpose is the regulations of the newsletter - the contract concluded between you and eobuwie.pl S.A.

We will also process your data for purposes related to the potential for disputes to arise during the performance of the contract (the legal basis for their processing is in this case our legitimate interest). You have the right, at any time, to:

- rise objection to processing, if the basis for processing is justified matter
- request for rectification, limitation of processing or deletion of your data and cancellation of the newsletter.

Your data may be transferred to entities that help us to send e-mail messages as part of the newsletter (e.g. support us in marketing campaigns), provide support and operation of our IT tools and systems (e.g. data storage), deliver parcels and provide ongoing legal services, carry out audits etc., including, in the framework of the above activities, also companies from our capital group.
