Return

The return can be made within 30 days from the moment of receiving the order.

How to make a return?

Fill in the Return Form, which is included in your parcel.

Register your return

Make return

Go to the "Make return" tab in My Account if you have placed your order as logged in user.

Select products from the list, choose the reason for your return and send the parcel

Send the parcel back, together with the completed and signed Return Form, with any shipping method at your own expense.

What happens after you make the return?

Parcel check - after receiving your parcel we will check it according to the Return Form. Once it has been successfully verified, you will receive a notification from us to the email address provided by you in your order.
Remember that returns do not apply to personalized products (e.g. insoles created individually for Customers) and those which show signs of use. You can read about the details in the Store Regulations

Refund - you will receive a refund within 5 business days from the moment we verify your parcel. In exceptional situations, this time may be extended to a maximum of 14 days.
Depending on which method of payment you have chosen, you will receive a refund in the same way. If you made the payment through:

  • PayU/PayPal - the refund will be carried out via the means of these services.

Purchase document correction - you will receive a corrected bill or invoice to the email address which you provided.
