5.How can I return my order?
You can make a return within 30 days. Just fill in the return form and send your order to us. We don’t send return labels so you need to ship the parcel at your own expense. Our address:

6.How much time do I have to pay for the order?
We wait 3 days for your payment. If you do not pay within 3 days, you will receive a reminder sent via email. From that time you will have additional 2 days to settle the payment. If no payment is made within 5 days, the order will be canceled automatically.

Warranty lasts two years.

8.How to make an exchange?
The exchange system in our store is based on the fact that the customer returns the purchased goods, we return the funds and the customer buys the selected product again. Place a new order today to make sure that the goods are reserved for you. If you prefer to wait with its payment until you receive a refund for the returned product, place a new order, select bank transfer as a payment method. We will wait 5 days for your payment. We do not transfer funds from one order to another.

10.Can the return be rejected?
Yes, it can. It happens when the return was made after 30 days or when the returned products bear traces of use.

11.How long does it take to get my money back and how do I get it?
You will receive a refund within 3-5 business days from the moment we verify your parcel in our Returns Department in Poland. In exceptional situations, this time may be extended to a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be made to the indicated bank account. If you made the payment via PayU or PayPal, you will receive your money back via these services.

12.What are the rules from the newsletter discount?
The discount code is valid for products from new collection, for order value of minimum 100€. The discount cannot be combined with other discounts, sales and vouchers.

13.Order status
a) Unhandled - your order has been accepted and is currently being verified.
b) Awaiting payment - we are waiting for your order to be paid. After 5 days the order will be automatically cancelled.
c) Awaiting delivery - the ordered product is imported from an external warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
d) Ready to send - your order has been completed and transferred to the shipping warehouse to verify the goods and their packaging.
e) Sent - your package has already received postal delivery. At this time, it is waiting for the courier, or it is on its way to you.
f) Cancelled - the order has been deleted due to lack of payment or email cancellation. We cannot resume such an order. Products from the cancelled order will appear on our site again within 24 hours.
g) Returned - Your return has passed the verification process. Within 3 to 5 business days, the funds should appear on the account you specify.
h) Uncollected parcel - Your parcel has returned to us. If you are still interested in the ordered product, please place a new order.

In order to make a complaint, please follow the rules available on efootwear.eu/guarantee. Be sure to attach photos of the damaged products to your request. You will receive a decision within a maximum of 14 days.
