How long does it take to receive a package?

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Order delivery date is provided for each product above the Add to Basket button.
Delivery time depends on a selected form of shipment: courier services – 1-3 working days; payment by transfer – the package will be sent when the money is transferred to our account. Notice: delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. You will be informed about changes of your order status via e-mail.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Delivery time does not depend on efootwear.eu. If you request a specific delivery time, you can contact a local department of the courier company. When your package leaves the stockroom, we send an e-mail with the number of the consignment note to you.

Can I receive a VAT invoice for products that I bought on your website?

As far as each product that we sell is concerned, we always issue a VAT invoice. While placing your order and providing personal details, please mention that you require a VAT invoice.

Can I order a product in a different colour?

As far as some products are concerned, we are able to order another colour that is requested by the customer. In order to check this possibility, please contact our Customer Service via telephone or e-mail.

Can I order products which are unavailable in your offer?

Our offer includes some products which are temporarily unavailable in our online offer, however they might be available in our stationary shops.

Can I change my order or payment form?

To change the order that you have already placed or change the form of payment that you have already chosen, please contact our Customer Service. It is not possible to change orders which have already been sent to you.
