Remove the old shipping label from the box. Fill out the Return Form that came with your order or download it here. Put the returned product and the Return Form inside the box.
Send the parcel with any shipping method at your own expense.

Order processing time includes:
The time it takes to prepare the order for shipping - usually up to 24 hours,
Delivery time - delivery time may vary depending on your chosen delivery method:
- UPS courier – usually delivered between 5 business days.
Attention! Order processing and shipping time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
We will inform you about each stage of your order (including possible delays) through email.
Money is returned usually within 3-5 business days, from the moment the refund has been verified. In exceptional cases this time may be extended to up to 14 business days.
Refunds are made through the same payment method used to pay for the order:
- PayPal or PayU => the money will be returned via these services.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Service. You can contact us by chat, email or phone. We will inform you by email about the processing of your request. Products from a cancelled order will return to our website within 24 hours.
Wait for our response and we will inform you if it is necessary to send us the product for direct verification or if the photos are sufficient enough.
If it is necessary for you to send back the product, send it in the same way you would if you were returning a product, at your own expense.
